Gelatin Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Teaspoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.
Put mixture over low heat and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Beat warm gelatin into mayonnaise.
Spread mixture on well-chilled dry foods.
Press mixture through a pastry tube to make rosettes and other decorations.
Chill until mayonnaise is set.
Use mixture to coat aspics, cold fish, meat, or fowl.
