Holiday Strawberry Gelatin
|Strawberry gelatin||6 Ounce (1 Large Package)|
|Bananas||2 , sliced|
|Crushed pineapple with juice||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||16 Ounce (1 Large Package)|
|Frozen strawberries with juice||2 (2 Package)|
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, add pineapple, bananas, strawberries, and nuts.
Let jell in refrigerator for about 1 hour.
Pour one half mixture into 9x12 inch pan.
Let jell in refrigerator about 10-15 minutes; spread sour cream on top.
Pour remaining gelatin as top layer.
Refrigerate until serving; may want to garnish for the holidays.
