Speedy Tomato Aspic

Ingredients
  Tomato juice 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Bay leaf 1
  Whole cloves 6
  Onion slices 2
  Celery pieces 6
  Celery leaves 6
  Lemon gelatin dessert 1 (1 Package)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, add tomato juice, bay leaf, cloves, onion and celery.
2) Place the saucepan over heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
3) Strain the liquid and dissolve gelatin in the hot tomato juice.
4) Pour in Worcestershire.
5) Use a lightly oiled mold to pour in the mixture.
6) Place this inside refrigerator to chill until firm.
7) Add minced celery and green pepper to the aspic when partially congealed.

SERVING
8) Serve the aspic chilled.
