Velvet Salad

Ingredients
  Lemon gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Marshmallows 1 Pound
  Crushed pineapple 3⁄4 Can (7.5 oz), drained (1 Medium)
  Cream cheese 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cherry gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve lemon gelatin in boiling water.
Add marshmallows; stir until dissolved.
Mix together drained, crushed pineapple, cream cheese, whipping cream, and mayonnaise.
Combine with lemon gelatin mixture.
Chill.
Dissolve cherry gelatin in hot water.
Cool, then pour over lemon gelatin mixture.
This is a colorful and refreshing salad for the Christmas holidays.
