|Strawberry flavored gelatin||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Cold water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
1. Heat 1 cup water in a small glass bowl in microwave oven to boiling (about 2 to 3 minutes at HIGH).
2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Pour into an 8- or 9-inch square pan. Chill until firm.
3. Cut gelatin into cubes, using a sharp knife which has been dipped in hot water. To remove cubes from pan, apply warm wet cloth over bottom of pan. When cubes are slightly loosened, remove with spatula. Or quickly dip pan in warm water and invert on waxed paper. Serve in sherbet glasses with cream, if desired.
