Calico Vegetable Molds

  Lemon gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cooked drained carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced or diced
  Cooked carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), drained, sliced or diced
  Drained capers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Cooked Or Canned)
  Radish slices 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green onion slices 3 Tablespoon

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add vinegar and salt.
Chill till partially set.
Add vegetables.
Pour into individual molds.
Chill till set.
Unmold on salad greens.
Trim with radish roses, if desired.
Pass bowl of mayonnaise or salad dressing.
