Wild Mint Gelatin With Cranberries

Ingredients
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Wild mint leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crushed
  Gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whole cranberry sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Pour boiling water over mint leaves; let steep 5 minutes.
Strain, discarding leaves.
Soak gelatin in hot mint infussion.
Add sugar and lemon juice.
Chill.
When nearly set, stir in cranberry sauce.
Chill until firm.
Top with mayonnaise.
