|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Boiling water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Green creme de menthe liqueur||2 Tablespoon|
|Whipped topping mix||1 Ounce (1 Envelope, Dream Whip Brand)|
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water.
Add cold water and liqueur.
Pour 1 cup into a bowl and chill slightly, until slightly thickened.
Pour remaining gelatin mixture into a 9-inch square pan.
Chill until firm€”at least 3 hours.
Cut into 1/2-inch squares.
Meanwhile, prepare whipped topping mix as directed on package.
Blend into slightly thickened gelatin.
Pour into a 3-cup bowl.
Chill until firm€”about 3 hours.
Un-mold the creamy gelatin in the center of a shallow serving bowl.
Arrange gelatin cubes around the mold.
Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired.
