Vegetable Perfection Aspic

Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 Quart
  Mild vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Tablespoon
  Sugar 4 Ounce
  Cabbage 10 Ounce, chopped
  Celery 3 Ounce, chopped
  Pimientos 1 Ounce, chopped
  Green bell pepper 1 Ounce, chopped
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a bowl, soak gelatin in cold water, for about 10 minutes.
2) Stream in the boiling water and stir until gelatin dissolves.
3) Mix in vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and sugar; stir until sugar dissolves.
4) Allow the vinegar mixture to cool and refrigerate until chilled.
5) As the liquid starts to congeal, stir cabbage, celery, pimientos, bell pepper, and paprika.
6) Transfer the cabbage mixture into a 12 x 20-inch pan.
7) Refrigerate until congealed.

SERVING
8) Cut the aspic in cube and serve as desired.
