Juicy Gelatin

Ingredients
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Fruit juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Diced fruit 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Pureed For Babies Under 1 Year)
Directions

Put the water, gelatin, and sugar in a small saucepan and stir over low heat until the gelatin and sugar are thoroughly dissolved.
Stir in the juice.
Pour into a 2 1/2-cup mold or bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until the gelatin thickens to the consistency of unbeaten egg white.
Stir in the fruit and chill until set.
