|Cold water/Low-calorie lemon-lime carbonated beverage||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dissolve the flavored gelatin in boiling water; cool to room temperature.
Stir in the cold water or carbonated beverage.
Chill till partially set or till mixture is the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Turn mixture into a mixer bowl; beat till light and fluffy.
Spoon whipped gelatin into serving dishes; chill till firm.
