Orange Gelatin

  Unflavored gelatin 1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)
  Cold water 2 Teaspoon
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Liquid sugar replacement 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Dash
  Unsweetened orange juice 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small cup; set aside 10 minutes to soften.
Combine boiling water and softened gelatin in 2-c.(500-mL) mixing bowl, stirring until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Add sugar replacement, salt, orange juice and lemon juice; stir to completely blend.
Refrigerate until set.
