Lime And Banana Gelatin Dessert
|Sugar free lime gelatin mix||3 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fat-free sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Banana||1 Medium, sliced|
Put the gelatin powder into a large mixing bowl.
Add the boiling water and stir until the powder is dissolved.
Add the cold water and the sour cream and stir until the sour cream is completely blended.
Arrange the banana slices in four dessert dishes.
Pour the gelatin mixture over the bananas.
Chill for 3-4 hours.
