Paprika Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Bay leaf 1
  Celery ribs 4
  Tarragon 1 Teaspoon
  Gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Carrots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Avocado 1 , sliced
  Shrimp 1 Pound, cleaned and deveined
  Fresh dill 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Simmer first nine ingredients for 30 minutes and strain.
2. Place gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water and pour into hot tomato mixture.
3. Chill aspic. Just before it sets add celery, green pepper, carrots, and avocado.
4. Chill aspic until firm. Unmold and serve with mayonnaise and shrimp. Decorate with fresh dill.
