|Capers||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Drained)|
|Cherry tomatoes||2 Pint, cut into 1/8 inch slices|
|Sweet butter||3 Tablespoon|
Choose a large round decorative tray or platter.
Arrange lettuce leaves in the center.
Place meat in a ring form on top of lettuce.
Sprinkle fresh chives over the steak and place Nicoise olives in the center of the ring.
Arrange the different garnishes in an attractive pattern around the meat so that everyone can choose what he or she wants.
If your platter is large enough, place bread slices in alternating colors in a ring around the garnish.
Stick the whole chives out from different places.
