Black Cherry Garnish For Duck
|Black bing cherries||1 Pound|
|Red currant jelly||1 Tablespoon|
|Arrowroot/Cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water||1 Tablespoon|
Drain the cherries and place in a 4-cup glass measuring cup with 1 cup of the juice.
Add the red currant jelly and cook on the highest setting for 3 minutes.
Stir in the arrowroot or cornstarch dissolved in cold water and cook for 1 minute until thickened.
Stir and serve hot with the duck.
