Black Cherry Garnish For Duck

Ingredients
  Black bing cherries 1 Pound (1 Jar, Large)
  Red currant jelly 1 Tablespoon
  Arrowroot/Cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash and drain the cherries in a 4 cup measuring glass.
2) Add 1 cup of juice.Keep aside.
3)Dissolve cornstarch and arrow root in cold water. Reserve.

MAKING:
5)In a casserole, place the drained cherries in juice and add the red current jelly. Cook on high setting for 3 minutes.
6)Stir in the cornstarch or arrowroot , cooking continuously for 1 minute or until sauce thickens.

SERVING:
7) Pour and serve generously over the roasted duck.
