Ingredients
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Sliced bread 4 Ounce, soaked in water and squeezed dry
  Sage leaves 6 , finely chopped
  Egg yolk 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Heat oil and sauté onion in it until transparent.
2) Combine together all ingredients and figure the mixture into marble-sized balls.
3) Brown in butter and oil.

SERVING
4) Use as required.
