Lemon Garlic Mint Vinegar

Ingredients
  Fresh mint sprigs 4 (Long, Leafy)
  Garlic cloves 3 Large, split
  Lemon peel 1 1⁄4 Inch (Wide Spiral)
  Red wine vinegar/White wine vinegar 1 Quart (At Room Temperature)
Directions

Place mint, garlic and lemon peel in a tall 1 quart glass bottle.
Pour vinegar over almost to fill.
Cap and seal
