Pasta With Tomato And Garlic

Ingredients
  Pasta 280 Gram
  Olive oil 20 Milliliter
  Garlic 5 Gram
  Kashmiri red chilies 2 , shredded
  Tomato puree 250 Milliliter
  Tomatoes 100 , diced
  Oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Mozzarella cheese 100 Gram, diced
  Parmesan cheese 20 Gram, grated
Directions

Heat the oil in a pan and saute the garlic and the shredded Kashmiri chillies.
Add the tomato puree and the diced tomatoes.
Flavour with the oregano.
Cook the pasta till al dente, in a pan of lightly salted water.
Drain and place in an oven-proof dish.
Add the sauce and the Parmesan cheese.
Toss well.
Garnish diced mozzarella to the pasta on top.
