Nutty Garlic Snacks
|Chopped nuts||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Garlic salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Refrigerated flaky biscuits||10 Ounce (Hungry Jack)|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Roasted peanuts/Nuts||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Heat oven to 375Â°F.
Combine chopped nuts and garlic salt.
Separate dough into 10 biscuits; cut each into 4 pieces.
Roll each biscuit piece into a ball; dip top and sides in beaten egg, then in nut mixture.
Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375Â°F. for 9 to 12 minutes or until light golden brown; cool.
If desired, toss snacks with roasted peanuts to serve.
To make ahead, prepare, cover and refrigerate up to 2 hours; bake as directed.
