1. In a blender or food processor jar, add the garlic, ginger and onion.
2. Puree until the mixture resembles the look and texture of apple sauce.
3. If needed, add a little water or fresh lime juice, a few tablespoons at a time to help the ingredients break down and spin.
4. Use the paste as needed in your favorite recipes.
Pack the paste in plastic containers, this can be refrigerated up to six months.
