Roasted Garlic Salad Dressing

MAKING
1) Take a food mill and squeeze out the roasted garlic cloves. Add the vinegar, honey and keep on rotating the food mill.
2) Mix the dressing and add little salt and pepper.
3) Pour the dressing over the lettuce and toss them.

SERVING
3) Serve the salad in a serving plate.
