Bulgur With Garlic And Parsley

Ingredients
  Bulgur 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 1⁄8 Teaspoon, minced
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) Into a skillet, melt the butter and then saute the bulgur for 2 minutes
2) Add in the stock, cover with a lid and cook till the bulgur is cooked through with the liquid all absorbed
3) Add in the garlic, just before finally finishing off the bulgur
4) Add in the chopped parsley

SERVING
5) Serve the bulgur hot
