Creamed Garlic Potatoes
|Potatoes||3 Pound, peeled, roughly chopped, boiled and mashed till smooth (1.4 kilogram)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), peeled and crushed|
|Greek yogurt||2 Tablespoon (natural)|
|Grated nutmeg||1 Pinch|
1. In a large sized sauce pan, combine all the ingredients (apart from nutmeg) and mix well.
2. Gently heat on a low flame and transfer on to a serving bowl.
3. Garnish with nutmeg and serve immediately.
