Olives with Garlic and Lemon

Ingredients
  Olives 1 Pound, cracked but firm (450 gram, assorted whole black and green)
  Red chillies 3 Small, crushed
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), peeled and sliced
  Fresh mixed herbs 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Citrus pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon slices 3 , halved
  Olive oil 150 Milliliter
  Cheese straws 1 Cup (16 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredients (apart from cheese straws) and mix well. Cover with cling wrap and marinate for minimum 60 minutes.

SERVING
2. Serve as an accompaniment to freshly baked cheese straws.
