Garlic Macaroni

Ingredients
  Macaroni/Spaghetti 1 Pound
  Boiling salted water 4 Quart
  Garlic 20 Clove (100 gm), peeled
  Olive oil 4 Tablespoon
  Basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente (firm, but not too soft).
Garlic sauce: This is a recipe for the more adventurous.
If you like garlic, you're in for a real treat.
If you're the timid type, use only 15 garlic cloves but not less.
Cook the garlic in oil with basil and parsley until golden brown and soft.
Mash all together to make a smooth paste.
Season to taste.
Mix well.
Toss with boiled, drained macaroni.
Serve in preheated casserole no cheese This is the kind of dish you must share with good friends or spend the evening alone. (And it may be worth it at that.)
This is a good quick main course for 4 with a crisp, cold salad.
