Ingredients
  Whole garlic head 2 (16 Cloves Each)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a baking ramekin or ovenoproof custard cup, add the garlic heads and add to the oven at 350°F for forty five minutes till garlic is soft
2. Squeeze each of the cloves towards its root rnd and press out the softened garlic cloves

SERVING
3. Use as a spread, add it to soups, stews or sauces
