Buttery Garlic Topping
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled, cut in 8 pieces|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm) (Peeled)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1) Attach a Knife Blade to the food processor bowl and process all the ingredients in it for about 20 to 30 seconds until blended well, pulsing several times.
2) If necessary, process again for 5 to 10 seconds after scraping down the mixture from sides of bowl.
3) Seal tightly and refrigerate the topping until used.
