Spiced And Buttered Courgettes
|Courgettes||1 Pound, quartered crosswise then lengthwise (450 Grams)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), skinned and chopped|
|Butter||1 Ounce, cubed (25 Grams)|
|Coriander seeds||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled), well crushed|
1. Put the courgettes, garlic, butter and coriander seeds in a heatproof, shallow serving dish, cover with cling film and microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes. Give the dish a half turn and stir gently halfway through cooking time.
2. Season to taste and serve the courgettes in their spiced butter sauce, hot or warm.
