|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), peeled and halved|
Pour vinegar into a jar, drop in garlic, cover, and let stand 24 hours at room temperature.
Discard garlic, strain vinegar through a double thickness of cheesecloth into a fresh pint jar.
Use for making salad dressings and sauces.
