Mussels With Garlic Butter

Ingredients
  Mussels 24 Large, cooked
  Butter 125 Gram, softened (1/2 Cup)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Parsley 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  White bread crumbs 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat the broiler to hot.
Remove the mussels from their shells and place each one in a half shell.
Mix together the butter, garlic and parsley.
Spread it equally over the mussels.
Sprinkle with the bread crumbs.
Place the mussels in a shallow broiler pan and broil for about 3 minutes or until the butter has melted and the crumbs are golden.
