Mussels With Garlic Butter
|Mussels||24 Large, cooked|
|Butter||125 Gram, softened (1/2 Cup)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Parsley||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, finely chopped|
|White bread crumbs||6 Tablespoon|
Preheat the broiler to hot.
Remove the mussels from their shells and place each one in a half shell.
Mix together the butter, garlic and parsley.
Spread it equally over the mussels.
Sprinkle with the bread crumbs.
Place the mussels in a shallow broiler pan and broil for about 3 minutes or until the butter has melted and the crumbs are golden.
