Spaghettini With Garlic

Ingredients
  Spaghetti 1 Pound (Thin Spaghetti)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 3 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook the spaghettini in boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes, until just tender to the bite.
Meanwhile, finely chop the garlic.
When the spaghettini is cooked, drain well.
Put in a warmed serving dish and keep hot.
Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic.
Fry until golden brown.
Stir in the salt, then pour over the spaghettini.
Toss well so all the strands are coated, then sprinkle over the parsley and pepper.
Serve immediately.
