Garlic and Oil
|Olive oil||8 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), finely chopped|
|Fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
1) Take a saucepan and heat oil in it. Stir in garlic and fry gently until the color is changed but not browned.
2) Now, put parsley and freshly cooked pasta in the pan and toss well , so that the garlic flavored oil is well coated all over it.
3) Serve immediately, garnished with freshly ground black pepper.
