Prawns In Garlic Butter
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (1/2 Stick)|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||8 Clove (40 gm), minced|
|Raw prawns/Large shrimp||2 Pound, peeled, deveined|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Melt the butter with the olive oil in a skillet.
Add the garlic and prawns.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add lemon juice.
Saute until prawns turn pink, only about 3-4 minutes.
Turn and cook other side.
