Lobster with Butter Pepper Garlic
|Corn flour||50 Gram|
|Black pepper||5 Gram, crushed|
|Chinese wine||2 Milliliter|
|Sesame oil||2 Milliliter|
Clean, de-vein and cut lobster into dices.
Marinate with egg white, seasoning and corn flour.
Crispy fry the lobster.
In a wok add butter, garlic, freshly grounded bl.pepper dice spring onion, sauté well.
Add lobster stir fry check seasoning.
Finish with Chinese wine and sesame oil
