Lobster with Butter Pepper Garlic

  Lobster 500 Gram
  Egg white 1
  Salt To Taste
  Ajino-moto 2 Gram
  Corn flour 50 Gram
  Butter 10 Gram
  Black pepper 5 Gram, crushed
  Garlic 15 Gram
  Chinese wine 2 Milliliter
  Sesame oil 2 Milliliter

 Clean, de-vein and cut lobster into dices.
 Marinate with egg white, seasoning and corn flour.
 Crispy fry the lobster.
 In a wok add butter, garlic, freshly grounded bl.pepper dice spring onion, sauté well.
 Add lobster stir fry check seasoning.
 Finish with Chinese wine and sesame oil
