Baked Garlic

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven at 150 degree C

MAKING
2. Fold a piece of foil.
3. Place the unpeeled head of garlic and shape it into a package with the top open.
4. Pour few drops of olive oil and wine onto it.
5. Bake for 30- 45 minutes.

SERVING
6.Serve as side dish as it is or by spreading the peeled clove on the bread.
