Shredded Courgettes with Golden Garlic

Ingredients
  Dried pasta 1 Pound (500 Grams)
  Extra virgin olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), finley sliced
  Courgettes 4 Medium, grated
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Freshly grated parmesan 8 Tablespoon (Plus Additional To Serve)
Directions

Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling, salted water, until firm to the bite.
While pasta is cooking, heat oil in a large frying pan.
Add garlic and cook over high heat until just golden, 2 minutes.
Add courgettes and cook, stirring constantly, until soft, 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Drain pasta, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
Add drained pasta with parmesan to the hot courgettes.
Toss well to coat, adding reserved water as needed.
Serve immediately with additional parmesan.
