Scallops Sauteed In Garlic Butter

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Scallops 1 Pound (Fresh / Frozen, Defrosted)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Tartar sauce 1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Lemon wedges 4
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a saucepan heat the butter and garlic slowly.
Discard garlic.
Add the scallops and cook five minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
