Scallops Sauteed In Garlic Butter

|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm)|
|Scallops||1 Pound (Fresh / Frozen, Defrosted)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Tartar sauce||1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
In a saucepan heat the butter and garlic slowly.
Add the scallops and cook five minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately with tartar sauce and lemon wedges.
