Stir Fried Vegetables in Hot Garlic Sauce

  Green chilli sauce 4 Tablespoon (Ching'S Secret)
  Chopped garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Cauliflower 100 Gram, blanched
  Baby corn 6 , thickly sliced and par boiled
  French beans 10 , diced
  Capsicum 1 , diced
  Dried red chilies 2 , chopped
  Tomato ketchup 1 Tablespoon (Smith And Jones)
  Corn flour 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Spring onion 1 , chopped

Heat oil in a wok(frying pan) on high flame, add
red chillies garlic and stir fry. add capsicum and
stir fry for 1 min.add vegetables & stir fry for next 1 min.
add sauce, ketchup,1 cup water& cook for 2-3 min.
Thicken with 1 tbsp corn flour mixed with 2tbsp water.
garnish with spring onion & serve hot with Ching's Secret
