White Bean, Parsley And Garlic Mash
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Shallots/1/2 small onion||2 , finely chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), chopped|
|Canned cannellini beans||800 Gram, drained (2 Cans, 400 Gram Each)|
|Stock/Water||2 Fluid Ounce (50 Milliliter)|
|Flat leaf parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), leaves roughly chopped (1 Handful)|
1. Heat oil in a saucepan and tip in shallots or onion. Gently cook for 5 mins, add garlic, then give it another 2 mins until soft.
2. Tip beans into pan and roughly mash. Add stock or water to loosen, stir in parsley, then season.
