White Bean, Parsley and Garlic Mash

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Shallots/1/2 small onion 2 , finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), chopped
  Canned cannellini beans 800 Gram, drained (2 Cans, 400 Gram Each)
  Stock/Water 2 Fluid Ounce (50 Milliliter)
  Flat leaf parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), leaves roughly chopped (1 Handful)
Directions

1. Heat oil in a saucepan and tip in shallots or onion. Gently cook for 5 mins, add garlic, then give it another 2 mins until soft.
2. Tip beans into pan and roughly mash. Add stock or water to loosen, stir in parsley, then season.
