New Potatoes Baked with Olive Oil and Garlic

Ingredients
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Tiny new potatoes 1 1⁄2 Pound, scrubbed and patted dry
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Put a large piece of foil in a roasting pan.
Pour the olive oil into the foil and add the potatoes, garlic and seasoning.
Wrap the foil into a package around the potatoes.
Bake in a preheated 400° oven for 35-40 minutes.
