Steamed Pork with Garlic

|Boneless pork shank||8 Ounce (250 Gram)|
|Light soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Chili oil||1 Teaspoon|
|Sesame oil||1 Teaspoon|
Steam pork in a covered bowl until tender.
Cool, then slice as thinly as possible.
Arrange on serving plate.
Combine all other ingredients, mixing until sugar is dissolved, then pour over pork and serve.
