Garlic Ripe Olives

|Large olives||8 1⁄2 Ounce (ripe)|
|Salad oil||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Small garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
To olives, add mixture of remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill.
Save marinating liquid and use it for salad dressings.
