Chef's Bowl

Ingredients
  Romaine lettuce head 1 Small
  Lettuce head 1⁄2 Medium
  Curly endive 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm)
  Unpared cucumber 1⁄2 , sliced
  Ripe tomatoes 3 , quartered
  Cheese strips 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (julienned sharp natural Cheddar or Swiss)
  Thin boiled ham slices 6 (squares)
Directions

Chill all ingredients.
Line salad bowl with romaine leaves; break remaining greens in bite-size pieces into bowl.
Arrange cucumber, tomato, and cheese.
Roll up each ham slice; place seam side down, atop salad.
Serve with favorite dressing.
