Broiled Tomatoes With Garlic Butter

Ingredients
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), mashed in a garlic press
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Unsalted butter 1 Teaspoon (At Room Temperature)
  Freshly ground white pepper To Taste
  Vegetable seasoning To Taste
  Ripe tomatoes 2 , stemmed and cut in half
Directions

Preheat the broiler.
Mix the garlic, parsley, butter, and seasonings into a paste and spread over the cut sides of the tomatoes.
Broil for 3 to 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
