Easy Garlic Butter
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), pressed|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||3 Tablespoon|
The secret to great garlic butter is to allow the butter and garlic mixture to stand for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Blend garlic and butter thoroughly; add cheese and blend.
Spread over vegetables, bread, or pasta, and top with cheese if desired.
