Garlic Tomato Mayonnaise
|Reduced calorie mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|No salt added tomato sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Finely chopped seeded tomato||6 Tablespoon (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Combine mayonnaise, tomato sauce, and garlic,- blend well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours.
Stir in tomato and parsley.
