Honey Garlic America's Cut
|America's cut boneless center pork loin chops||4 (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 inches thick)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry sherry||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
Place chops in heavy plastic bag.
Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl.
Pour over chops, turning bag to coat.
Close bag; refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.
Prepare covered grill with drip pan in center banked by medium-hot coals.
Remove chops from marinade; reserve marinade.
Grill chops 12 to 15 minutes, turning once and basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
