Sauteed Mushrooms In Garlic Butter

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  White wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Mushrooms 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Red onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Parsley 2 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

In heavy 10-inch skillet, melt butter, on uncovered grill, directly over medium-hot briquets.
Stir in vinegar, garlic powder, salt and pepper; add whole mushrooms and onion rings.
Cover skillet; cook 10 minutes.
Stir vegetables and cook 10 minutes longer.
Sprinkle with parsley
